Lidl is better at discontinuing products I went there specifically to buy and Aldi is better in not existing in this country
Strange story.
as a hobby
So drive for fun rather than just as a mode of transport?
Just remember to wear your helmet.
No, thanks.
Also, people cycle a lot in the Netherlands and it has one of the world’s highest rates of dementia 🤷♂️
Must be the Dutch one since half the world copied it in some way 🇺🇸 🇮🇩 🇷🇺 🇫🇷
Can’t take a picture. Egg prices quadrupled where I am so I haven’t bought them in months. But it could have looked something like this:
x0000x xx000x
I’m elementary school, a teacher has the habit of punishing the entire class if something happened and he didn’t know who did it. So I got into trouble not knowing why.
This can’t be correct. No way people use Signal more than Whatsapp in NL. And Temu, this app Google Play tries to spam you with? Why?
I didn’t know, but it’s not dying. It’s a lot more active than some years ago
I’ll just stay away from there because it’s becoming unaffordable.
There were a bunch of posters around the city recently thanking our country for supporting Israel, so staying home won’t be much better.
So like meetup.com? At least there it’s true younger people don’t show up on any of the events
Well I was glad to finally earn over 2000 euros in Czechia, a salary I never achieved in the Netherlands. I don’t know anyone who earns over 4000. Averages are nonsense.
Well how can I explain travel? I looked for a job for 2 years after university until I gave up and just left.
Travel. When they ask about the gap, say you needed some time off.
Just lie. I’ve heard many people having luck with simply lying on their CV.
Expand your search to other counties if you’re willing to move.
FYI
Laser light play alone, however, does not allow cats to complete the hunting sequence; cats cannot ‘catch’ the prey. It has been suggested that this might trigger frustration and stress, both of which can contribute to compulsive behaviors.
I’m just visiting the Algarve.
Luckily I found some store that had a free open wifi network (they had a server room so still had power). There were people lining up to use payphones (interestingly they still have them here).
Otherwise, no wifi, no data, no phone network, so no information on the whole situation. Can’t pay by card. Had a bag of chips for dinner because I can’t cook. Couldn’t book accommodation or a bus. Shops used pen, paper and calculator but took only cash. People barely have cash at hand and ATMs were out too.
I don’t know what I could’ve done without money if this would have lasted even longer.
Once, our classroom (early teens) had to get changed in a large, shared changing area for a swimming pool. One of those clingy volunteering mothers walked around, pointing out where we didn’t dry wel enough, touching, “helping” boys etc. But, she had two boys of her own and “there was nothing she hadn’t seen before”. Very uncomfortable.
Somehow I don’t think it would be accepted for me to walk into little girls changing saying “don’t worry, it’s nothing I haven’t seen before”.
Same for those cleaning ladies cleaning right behind me while taking a piss in a urinal. It feels weird.
Oh well, we’re just men, right? So who cares?
Yeah, 10 years ago you could get a meal for €4. Now you pay double. Beer prices tripled. Not to mention supermarkets, rent etc.
No, people would just walk over
