    As for the “Boomer” commenter above: the military and government in the USA still burns to CD for a variety of reasons (no, I won’t go into them). So if someone is military, a government employee, or even just a contractor, there is a chance that at some point they will need to burn a CD, regardless of age.














  • This is not dull to me. The first time I fixed a door for similar reasons, the Internet didn’t exist as it does now. I had to go to my public library in hopes to find books on how to do so since my father was on travel for work for over a month and long distance calls were expensive. It might be easier today, but fixing something around the house is an important skill. I hope that you are proud of the work you did.
