1 month agoFreeDOS is making some nice strides. Always good to see. Hopefully it will make MS-DOS completely obsolete some day.

1·1 month agoWriting by hand is a good way to get fine eye hand coordination. I think, at least for younger kids, writing should be primary during development. Around 12 years of age it could be phased towards computers instead.

This is cool. I will never use this since I’m lucky enough to have dedicated hardware for 9x. But the thought of having a massively overpowered machine for DOS gaming amuses me.
