Humenity’s selvation will come from tripping on drugs?
It looks so good, doesn’t it? I ended up backing their kickstarter so I could buy some of their stickers.
trademarks are good for 10 years and looking at some of twitters trademarks it seems the renewed them in 2019. So yes, in 2029, if X hasn’t reverted to being called twitter then their trademarks will be unprotected.
Oooh, what game?
It just hits different when it’s late. Or alternatively, I start reading with the intention of staying up for a normal amount of time and then I get sucked in.
Learning to drive. I’ve met a few people who didn’t learn to drive until their late 20’s or 30’s and there always seems to be some awkwardness to their driving. On the opposite side, learning to drive at 16 seems to encourage reckless habits to form, people I’ve known who waited until 18 have much better driving habits on average.
Uh, the first one. It’s all downhill after that. It’s the only one he’s ever pulled off. Look at the goals for the master plan part 2 and you’ll see that they haven’t managed to do a single one, but Elon still went ahead a published a part 3. Why actually meet goals when you can just pretend you’ve met them by posting new ones, I guess.
I have been summoned! thanks @euphoria, @Elevator7009. I am indeed the mod of m/Otomegames. Come join us :) we’re friendly.
I don’t think so? I’m struggling to think of how it would enhance human rights. Isn’t it the same as regular marriage without the trip to the local court? I always thought other countries had it as a penalty so that couples couldn’t use cohabitating but not getting married as a tax loophole.
Yep, though the single option is often written as single/never married so that it’s more clear. We don’t have common law marriages (except a few states) so those 4 categories cover every situation, though without much detail.
Shu’s route in Dairoku. He’s basically a child. He looks and acts like a child. He’s technically thousands of years old, but I think we all know that’s just a “clever” way to skirt laws. This trope appears all the time in harem anime and I was disappointed to see it in reverse in Dairoku. His appearance is around 12-15 and the MC is in her mid-20’s. Even if he was drawn to look like an adult, it’s super uncomfortable to date someone who’s mentally a child.
Additionally, there’s a whole mystery surrounding Shu. He appears in other routes as an aloof figure with unknown motives. When you finally play his route and uncover the mystery, it’s lame. It’s a lame mystery with a lame conclusion imo.
Lord of the Wings: Demo
It’s a Dungeons and Dragons inspired (I think the characters are basically living in a dnd world), romcom featuring a cartoon art style very similar to Total Drama Island. It’s heavy on the comedy. If you’re a fan of tabletop RPG’s I’d definitely recommend checking this one out. If you’ve never played dungeons and dragons though, you’ll likely miss a lot of the jokes. It’s fully voiced, and has a good bit of MC customization options.
I’d like to encourage more upvoting and boosting too! I like leaving comments, but I know not everyone does. The points from upvoting themselves don’t mean anything, but it lets me know if my post is appreciated or if someone else’s post is worth reading past the headline.
A new car not having CarPlay isn’t even something I thought I’d have to look out for, yikes. Every rental I’ve gotten over the past few years has had it, and it’s such an upgrade from having to deal with the shitty built in systems.
Reading the article, they’re also getting rid of Android Auto, so really this is just GM being too cheap for literally no reason. I used to think Ford was the company that wouldn’t survive the transition to EV’s. With GM doing stupid things like this and the electric F150 actually being good, it’s looking more and more like GM is the one that’s in trouble.
Thank you for explaining this, I’ve had federation turned off for a while now and have been wondering why so many things from Lemmy still pop up.
So much porn, regular porn, amateur porn, furry porn. I have 18+ turned off and some of it still slips through sometimes.
Potion Panik: Demo
I am here for the this premise. You’re a talented alchemist running a potions shop. When your lying bastard of an ex-boyfriend shows up in your shop a year after you’ve broken up, to “apologize”, you quickly grab what you thought was a calming potion so that you can deal with him. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a calming potion, it’s a love potion! and the only known cure for a love potion is to fall in love for realsys. The two routes will be either your best friend or your ex himself. The potential for drama and angst is just “chef’s kiss” top notch.
Let’s Misbehave: Demo
This demo has the misfortune of coming out at the same time as another otome set in the 1920’s, Speakeasy, and honestly it’s not as good. I love the premise; the MC, Gilda, is a recent divorcee on good terms with her ex, who likes to have a good time and has a large alimony. This makes her a very attractive partner to the many pretty men she encounters. My problem with the game is in the execution; there are just a bunch of details that don’t quite add up.
As for things I like. I really like the UI design and the music slaps. I think this game has a lot of potential, but it’s currently a little bit disappointing.
Candied Hearts: Demo
MC get’s isekaied into a candy themed gacha game. The art style is very cute, or should I say sweet. This is a decent length demo, the plot is fairly basic but I’m still looking forward to the full game because of the unique art style.
I agree with the conventional decor ruling out a lot of the merch. For me, the problem with keychains isn’t that it clashes with my fashion. (my wallet is star wars themed, so fandom keychains fit right in), the problem is that I don’t like the change out keychains very often. I need something where my favorite character doesn’t change to often.
I’m a sucker for thing “from something” as well, I usually think of food not clothing though.
