Thank you for a great, detailed answer. Proxmox it is so. I was going with NixOS and definitely going to try Podman as I’ve been reading all about that while downloading and copying the Isos. I will be dedicating an entire machine and if I don’t do it today, I fear it will be another year before I come back to it. 🥴 I’m going to start it now . Thanks again.

Is a pointless grant, as are the others, as they require you to have access to money to begin with. You have to pay for all the work to be done (during which you may find out that there is more work to to be carried out as you may hit bigger problems). And then the government will decide how much money and whether or not to reimburse you for it. Most of the people that can afford that don’t want the hassle and will just buy an already finished house.

I think it’s just USA. Nowhere else has introduced new tariffs for stuff from Japan to my knowledge.

I used CDiscount to buy a few items, and I found them good although I have heard that when customer support is needed, they are non existent. They had a flat rate shipping fee to my country (so I knew what the overall price would be) and it was possible to filter results when searching for something, by the sellers or products that would ship to any country, but that option has been removed since January and i have no idea how to contact them to find out if it will be coming back. Bad timing it seems, as they could’ve taken a few customers from amazon until that was removed.
So all of these people are antisemitic? Do they not realise that we are living in 2025?
