It’s kinda a catch-22 situation: the vendors themselves need to implement these things on Linux, but they don’t because it’s a relatively small slice of the market. However, users won’t switch because these things aren’t available

It’s just a pretense to layoff staff and squeeze the remaining employees for more juice. They know it doesn’t work

USA should just nationalize Intel, if it’s actually as important to national security as they say. Left to their own devices they will self destruct
