    Surely not licensing issues that affect every single other region in the world, though? But you are right, I hadn’t really thought about that angle.

      If promotional content is covered by the same regional deals as the shows…maybe?

      Or it might simply be easier on Paramount’s end to block 'em all and call it a day.

        Yeah I think the “block 'em all and call it a day” feels like what it is to me. But to be fair even that is an improvement from what I had thought originally was just them not actually caring at all lol.
