it is impossible to remove the buttons.
For me it is not the button but the option to swipe to open the camera, which often causes it to open unintentionally for me.
I think its time to get some therapy, and get some perspective on what is a real problem in life

Especially when you can simply swipe left as an action and go to the camera. Users should be able to edit/remove those buttons in the Lock Screen editor like a widget in the Wallpaper options settings menu.
