I’ve been working through an art book called “This is not a Sketchbook” that has you do a self portrait at the start and another when you’ve finished the book to see your progress. If you can’t draw people then you could steal this idea for practise.

Here’s a slightly better idea. Draw what you were going to draw, but make his face the tiniest you possibly could. You can’t top that, really.
Draw a bunch of geometric 3d shapes in an improbably empty landscape with the sun at a low angle so the shapes all cast long shadows.
