Hey thanks! I just got my hands on a small wacom intuos. My only complaint so far is the usb-a connector, which is a little awkward to plug in and only faces one direction. :)

I often preface my replies in the art comm that I am not an artist so I don’t know if my praise of particular details sounds fumbling, but, I love the calming blues and slight texturing on the stem of the mushroom person. The use of just blue feels like it’s very well-considered about how you would use it, rather than throwing every colour under the sun to make the work stand out, so as a result it’s yeah a very calming work and the mushroom looks content.
Do you mostly like sketching/drawing mushies?

I usually do fan art and cartoony styled stuff. My recent hyper focus has been inedible mushrooms, and since I was looking for some ideas for what to try on my tablet it inspired an entire lineup of lil mush characters based on actual mushrooms. I’m currently working on a Parrot Waxcap mush, which is also a stunning array of different colors to choose from.
