    Starlink- just more evidence this is a US proxy war. I don’t know why Russia doesn’t just out the US and stop giving them plausible deniability. I guess if they just intend to keep this war at a slow boil and figure the US will run out of weapons, sooner rather than later, it makes sense.
    But it makes them look weak and that makes Trump/US think they can escalate even further.

      Starlink is their consumer product though - They call the military variant Starshield so they can claim they don’t sell Starlink for military purposes.

      I think that’s exactly the rationale. Since Russia is winning, there’s no point in rocking the boat and introducing more uncertainty. Better just keep grinding down NATO in Ukraine without risking a larger escalation that could start a WW3.
