The only time I drink milk is with chocolate chip cookies, and I only get that kinda treat a few times a year.

no it’s not full cream. Cream, heavy cream, whipping cream - it’s all the same - is ~36% milk fat. no one’s drinking that.
whole milk is 3.5 percent milk fat. 2% is - you guessed it, 2% milk fat.
Yes, where I am from that is called full cream milk. As opposed to skim milk.
