I always keep at least one part from the old build just keep a ship of Theseus thing going. My last build my mobo still had a PCI slot. So I kept my voodoo 3 3000 PCI from my old build could still use it thanks to linux. My new build kept my sata ssd and a WiFi card.

Or you could just send her do crime and get you new parts. It’s sopmod after all…
