It bothers me that it’s not slightly crooked. That would take it from a 9/10 to a perfect 5/7.
The first 2 lines the letters should be getting slightly smaller and running upwards on a slight angle. The last there an attempt to correct the same thing in the middle of the last word, leading to inconsistency in letter sizes.
Reminds me of my alma mater: the architecture building was ugly and the civil engineering building was badly constructed.
