LOT easier to not have your oil infrastructure just kinda explode when you aren’t actively warring against another country.
Some damage is visible, but the second image is much lower resolution and difficult to read
Also the shadows and clouds are different. It’s a bit hard to see, but it looks like they destroyed four oil storage units and maybe a lot of the stuff (pipes and pumping units?) in the bottom left corner.
