yikes. without painkillers id rather just let the infected tooth kill me tbh
you really wouldnt. i had ingrown toenails and i remember some nights, being unable to sleep from the pain and deciding to do a bit of “surgery” on myself. with some blunt bit of steel, trying to poke under the ingrown nail to lift/turn it out, weeping from the pain, wiping away the streaks of blood.
at some point, you just decide to go for it, hoping you wont make it worse, because there’s nothing left.
Yeah, I was pretty close to cutting away some inflamed flesh with my nail scissors too.
Toothache can reach some pretty terrifying levels. After a few sleepless agony filled nights I would be open to trying some shit.
