With the blessing of gabe has bestowed apon my wrists coming tomorrow is there a way to quickly make sure my shipping info is in steam. My plan was to have my address in a document then in my clipboard so I can just paste that. Any tips for getting my grubby mitts on one when the time comes?
I’m not sure what steps are necessary but I have my payment info saved in Steam. It’s not one-click (I still have to review and confirm) but it’s a pretty fast process Edit: I’m in the US if that matters.
Perhaps more importantly I heard someone claim that payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, etc) can slow things down or even bottleneck the checkout as they verify. Supposedly you can get around that by putting funds into your Steam wallet in advance. I really want a controller ASAP and there’s kinda no downside for me (I’ll probably spend the money this year regardless) so I did that.
Yeah I’ve also heard preloading the money helps, been holding on to gift card money, forgot to add that to the body, as for exactly the reason you said.
Also forget to put in the body (maybe this is my sign to head to bed) that the deck being out of stock I couldn’t check to see what info is required beyond shipping details, if any
I’m sure you’d be able to just type your delivery address when you order. Is there a reason you would need to have it in a document and then copy and paste it?
He is anticipating them going OOS within minutes or seconds which is perhaps wise. You need to be damn quick with these sorts of things.
Yep already have some old gift cards loaded to skip that, and the address is cus I’m slow at typing. Need to save time cus I’m guessing they’re gonna be gone quick
