I don’t like to use the word might/power when discussing our horizontal influence. Instead I like to distinguish between might and force. Might is to influence from above, whereas force is to influence from below. We can see from this that might and force are opposites, but we also see that we should strive to have force rather than might.

By embracing our force, we move away from authority based influence, towards concent based influence.
