But to add a serious one, please say something like “content blocker” instead of “adblocker”; you’re not freeloading by blocking ads, you’re choosing to not connect to unwanted privacy-hostile content with your computer and internet connection, as you should.

I do say Lineage, but not MicroG, I’ve found that nothing that used it still works after the Verified Device API was implemented and everyone dropped support for older Android versions.
