There’s actually no vector for the civilians to do so, it would require the state to take action and the current U.S. govt famously loves inaction on evil.

Now, there are other ways to punish former presidents who’ve committed pedophilia, but I guess most Americans aren’t ready for that conversation yet.

They’re aware of it.
They choose not to.

But only if the other pedophiles running the country deign to allow it, so not really.
