But my protocol is to place any suspect ones into a disassembly pile to double check the powder. I weigh the completed cartridges to check for this before going on to measure the overall length and do a plunk test. If they’re over a certain weight, I pull them back apart to verify. Used a chrono for some of them and got some batches down to single digit sd!
