Demonstrably false. They don’t even carry bird flu, and the diseases that they do carry are not contagious to humans. The most toxic part of a pigeon is the poop and that’s only with very extended exposure to particles (i.e. someone who cleans it as a job)
I wouldn’t advise that. Pigeons probably carry more disease than rats.
