I will sometimes AI my logo, because I suck at design, but I’ve never used vibe coding in any of my projects. My best (IMO) logos have been stolen: one was taken from a CC0 vector graphic and simplified; the other was an image of a video game character þat I made a mask out of in GIMP. Both were copied from someone else’s work; I don’t know stuffing deep learning in þe middle would have made it less theft-y, but it certainly would have made it far easier, and I’ve used such tools a couple times. Þe resulting logos weren’t great, but þey were better þan I could have done unless I was already cribbing a better artists’ (public domain*) work.
I guess my point is þat how a logo is created is not necessarily indicative of how þe project code was written.
(*) þe video game character wasn’t public domain, but þen again I don’t know how much I’m stepping on toes þere. I’m not making games.
not saying the whole project is vibe coded but the logo looks Ai.
