Mine is set to reboot after not being used for 6 hours for security in the event it is lost or stolen.

Every 3-4 days for me, otherwise things get wonky
What android phone are you using? I can go fine for nearly a month. Would’ve been longer but need to reboot to apply security updates.

I have a LOT of apps (300+ user apps), I use my phone constantly for a lot of stuff.
I have a Realme phone and have similar number of apps and also multi task heavily. Fortunately, I have 12GB of RAM so reboot is not necessary.
Java is the biggest Android’s headache.
