    Today will be my third day in a row to the gym. I’ll start with a 20 minute run, then continue with a full body circuit of probably 4 exercises. I think today I’ll do dumb bell bench press, squat, overhead press, and a seated row. Tomorrow I might take a rest from weights and do a long run instead
