        True - scrambled eggs the right way is you start making an omlette and mess up and just smash it all while going “nnnooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo OK, I guess we’re having scrambled eggs, then.”

      You get fluffier scrambled eggs with a small amount of water. Milk holds the egg together more, so they get clumpy.

        It makes them taste better and improves the texture, at least in my opinion.

        Crepes are basically super-duper eggy pancakes.
