I think it’s supposed to resemble a chainsaw, with how the two grips are oriented. Regular SAW machine gun with funny grips = chainSAW? That’s my interpretation at least

Me when I bust through the door in an EOD suit before walking slowly towards the player and being dispatched by exactly three headshots (there are a weird number of chest-high walls in this room)
What’s the manual of arms for this? I would guess that you have to hold it with your strong arm and pull the trigger/reload/fire the grenade launcher with your off hand because it the weight, but there’s no way I can think of to do any of that accurately.
Is that an under barrel grenade launcher?
