at least the NED won’t be funding this, local Anacrhists have shown up in Euromaidan (chased out by Banderite Neo-Nazis), Hong Kong (right alongside their buddies waving USA flags), these are the two I remember reading about from Anarchist new sites, but I’m sure there are more.
