This reminded me that a few months ago I was talking with a new English teacher getting set up to take on their first classroom and they mentioned having to do all the reading they would be teaching that year. They got to a section on the Holocaust and I had a twinge of knowing it would be presented as an exceptional genocide and an excuse for Zionists to act without consequence.
