Since many members of various social groups and political movements have an “It’s ok when our guys do it” philosophy, is there follow-up data as to who thought “Yes, they did war crimes and they were the good/bad kind of war crimes”?
Or rather separate the question “war crimes were committed” from “the war should be stopped now” vs “the war should be stopped when Hamas has lost”. For example,I think it’s a kind of an objective fact that Israel has committed war crimes in Gaza, but I don’t think that implies that the war should be stopped before Hamas is thoroughly beaten.
