These are the demands made by Hamas negotiators at the indirect negotiations with US/Israel taking place in Cairo.
Hamas negotiators likely not in Cairo. Israel will resort to bomb something else in rage. We’ll have to wait and see.

That seems much more reasonable than Trump’s plan to turn it into a resort and achieve “peace” by kicking everyone out of the area–an agreement he would personally be in charge of and enforce with a US trained Israeli police force.
I see no mistake.
