3 eggs with veggie sausage, black beans, green onions, kale and fish sauce topped with salt & black pepper.

Absolutely delicious although the black bean juice seems to be giving my family psychic damage!

    that’s just empty carbs I don’t need and I have a gluten intolerance. That’s what the beans are doing in there providing slow carbs and some fiber!

          Also tortillas and nachos etc are originally made purely out of corn/maize so they’re a good choice.

          And I actually found that gluten free nachos keep way longer than their glutened counterpart which are still made out of corn but which have like added starch or smth from gluten containing grain. Like basic Kellogs corn flakes aren’t gluten-free.

          But if you buy gluten free nachos /corn flakes, they don’t get mushy in the same way when exposed to air. Gluten free nacho crisps last weeks and weeks completely edible. Whereas regular crisps go stale in a matter of a few days.

      A freakin’ salad leaf then… Or is this a Halloween thing where you’re supposed to get spooked by your food? Bet it tastes really good but DAMN 🙃 Consider the costs of family therapy on one hand and half a salad on the other ^^
