Chinese long bean! I think they are called asparagus bean as well. I use these for som tam (ส้มตำ) at home. Delicious. We are very lucky to have a place in Minneapolis, MN, USA called Hmongtown Marketplace. When I go they always adjust the spice levels to your taste and it is perfectly paired with a very sweet Boba Tea. I swear the leftover som tam always get hotter each day it sits in my fridge if it ever makes it home.
