    Maybe Reddit, but I don’t really know which specific subreddits (communities) there. Also there is a points system on Reddit called karma and most subreddits require a minimum amount of karma for you to be able to participate, or your comments might not be visible to others.

    There is also Rednote, I’ve seen multiple Palestinians on it. It’s a Chinese TikTok/Instagram alternative and it has international users as well. There is auto-translation between Eng and Mandrain so language shouldn’t be a barrier. It can also provide dual captions for videos.
