Not a theologian, but I think it takes more than negotiating a truce to overcome the sex offenses, marital infidelity, and pedophilia to get to heaven.

I almost wish there was something to the Christian religion just so this fucker could be tossed into the deepest pit of hell where he belongs. Trouble is, I’d probably get the tar pit right next to him for being a filthy unbeliever.
Which is more likely:
All - powerful deity demands worship from everyone or you get the torture.
Humans using the threat of an all-powerful deity who uses tprture so they can exploit others.
Once you realize the answer to that, you realize following a religion is always the wrong way to go.
I mean, if Jesus was exploiting anybody he wasn’t doing a very good job at it considering… you know.
Jesus tried to convince people that heaven could be here, upon earth, if you learn to love.
I am not entirely convinced he wasn’t trying to say the same shit I am and that his story was then stolen by the people I talk about using things for control…
