On August 16, at about 9:30 p.m., during a series of pinpoint strikes, an FPV-drone crew from UA_REG hit a military vehicle on the Rylsk – Khomutovka highway. According to available data, Lieutenant General Esedulla Abachev, Deputy Commander of the rf’s “Sever” group of troops, was in the vehicle with military number 9828 RM.
As a result of the strike, the high-ranking Russian official received serious injuries, which led to the amputation of both limbs and a de facto loss of working capacity.
