Besides diagnosed PTSD, I’m under constant extremely high stress levels. it’s been a long time. and I assume I would have gotten used to it? anything that can actually help me not be constantly overwhelmed all the time?
don’t want to relieve my constant trauma or traumadump. lets just say it feels like my veins are about to explode and I’m often seeking any distraction for my thoughts that are about my reality and are extremely scary.
slow and low. vape pen is your friend. just a dabll do, and it doesn’t stink up your clothes and everything else.
I don’t like being high but it’s the only thing that helps my anxiety/ insomnia/ migraines. Quite literally just a small amount is enough to take me down a notch stress wise.
tried vapes, couldn’t get high, I can’t smoke fast enough without my lungs hurting. might try rick Simpson oil next

i second weed, it helps immensely with my nausea and helps me sleep, but i couldn’t get into vapes, i swear they just make me feel paranoid. i prefer a bit of flower and edibles to get me through work. i’d recommend OP indica for downtime and a sativa-heavy hybrid for the daytime, i just take two puffs from my little piece and that’s enough for me, anymore and i start to think a bit too much.
