Shout out to “according to the Gazan health authorities, who do not distinguish between civilians and combatants”. I guess some, or maybe even all of those children might have been legitimate combatants. Really it’s the fault of Hamas for using child soldiers, possibly.

Contrast this with <1% of deaths being under 18 in the Russia-Ukraine war. Even if every capable child was a soldier, it still wouldn’t excuse Israel. An evil beyond evils.
