I don’t follow this game at all, nor do I care about Bungie, but everything I’ve seen and heard about this game sounds like an incoming blunder. I can’t see this game succeed at all. But hey, best of luck, I guess.

I only know about it because I have a friend who is into old apple stuff and he showed me marathon and aleph one… Whatever the fuck this is it’s just a cash grab. Fuck Bungie for stealing the graphic assets from their dev before firing her.

They are trying to establish an old IP that noone gives a fuck about by saying ‘this is the spiritual predecessor to halo, you like halo, dont you?’ Fuck you Bungie

As someone who played the hell out of the original, I don’t think a big game studio could do the story justice which is why they’re making it a PvP extraction shooter.

The AI Leela from the original was one of my first crushes, which says a lot about me and the game.

Bungie did a lot of dodgy shit to screw people out of their stuff. I think it was either the president or CEO did a lot of shady shit while destroying the heart of Bungie.

No problems joining you in saying “fuck you Bungie”.

I wanted to be excited for Marathon but every announcement Bungie makes sounds like an obituary. Where’s the love for your classic?
