This kinda reminds me of when Beavis and Butthead first came on the air. Panned as the stupidest thing on TV.

When it came back in the 2010s, it was exactly as stupid. However, relative to what ELSE was on TV? Suddenly it was relatively high brow. It was easily the smartest show on MTV. By a LOT.

Putting super Gover in the first Iron Man? Nonsense. Putting him in whatever they do next? IMO it would generally raise the bar. No offense, MCU superfans.

I’d watch the shit out of this, right through to the after credits where Gordon with a bad ass eye patch steps out of the shadows and invites Super Grover to join his elite team of superheroes code named “HOoD”.

The power creep in the MCU is already bonkers. We can’t go and add him. We don’t have any villains to challenge the Super.

One of my earliest memories is riding in the car listening to a Super Grover audio book on tape. All I remember from it is grover saying “Ding! Turn the page.” I think my family was on vacation, but im not sure seeing as i was probably 3-4 years old.
