    still better than the non-tech version.

    in the non-tech version, they suggest purchasing distressed properties with tenants and then raising the rents; without a single mention that you’ll become a parasitic slum lord, but in the middle of nowhere usa where they allow shit like it to happen.

      Other non-tech version is selling things that sounds exactly the same but by some roundabout explanation, they can assure you it isn’t multi level marketing. Also drop shipping, storage unit flipping, whatever buy/sell eBay store empire

    This shits so stupid. In a rare turn of events, I’m actually doing the whole “compete with saas and undercut” thing right now. And yenno what? Its fuckin hard. The thought that its a “beginner strategy” with no coding experience is retarded
