    “They won’t ask for a raise”

    Haven’t token prices continually increased even though these companies are still in the venture capital stage? Aren’t most of them aggressively unprofitable, with the only “profitable” ones being OpenAI resellers? Are the CEOs here willing to pay that inevitable 10-30x price increase on AI even though it can at best do 10% of a person’s job?

    I love how they think that AI will be easier to control, like no raises or strikes, but don’t seem to understand you will be trading a group of people who in many industries don’t ever strike anyway, for a contract with another firm who can raise prices as much as they want. Having a thousand employees with individual contracts gives you way more leverage than a single contract. This is collective bargaining 101
