thank you for taking the time to read this in English, as my German is still too broken.
this is a continuation post to my last one about using my Deutschland-Job-ticket on my smartphone
After writing to the local public transportation authority inquiring about pkpass files to avoid using google, they recommended contacting the firm in charge, called ride. They said they do offer pkpass files for any relevant device (meaning apple probably)
On this webpage I found no email address but an online form / input mask. I wrote an email and so far, no answer.
is there anything else I can do? I know that application form is only for new customers and it’s not realistic to receive an answer for a technical matter from them, but they don’t offer any technical support.

Just get yourself another cheap phone and use it for nothing else than this Deutschlandticket. Switch it on only once every month for downloading your renewed ticket. So google can’t swallow you.
This is going to save you so much hassles.
Even if you find a way with these pkpass files now, you are walking outside of all the standards and rules, and so your method may become unsupported or even illegal some day.
I wrote an email and so far, no answer.
how long did you wait thus far?
Or have you tried writing them/visited them (mainzer Moblität) directly about this?
I can imagine that ride doesn’t even is applicable for your inquiry and you should go directly to the provider who would issue the credit cards or tickets.
