The zionists have absolute dominance in intelligence and this has been demonstrated again and again. Just mind-blowing levels of resources and competence. They knew where Iran’s leadership was and bombed it effectively enough to force them to evacuate. They knew where Nasrallah was and murdered him. The pager plot was a very complex operation. They actively find and bomb Hezbollah tunnels and underground production facilities which is inexplicable but for traitors, incredible levels of surveillance and analysis, and/or advanced sensing capabilities. They have deep penetration into Iranian military and intelligence and it’s so good that the Ayatollah had to go completely off-grid with no contact to any of the top military of civilian leadership (they literally had trouble getting word and back to him during these crucial hours) in order to feel safe during the height of the zionist airstrikes.

They are a perfected colonial regime that is very good at suppressing the colonized population. Fact is few major attacks in the last few decades have succeeded, most have been blunted early because of collaborators/informers, because of blackmailed people, because of hacking, signals intelligence, because of technological surveillance capabilities using cameras, audio, infrared, sensors, and because of psychological profiling that lets them spot people who are just slightly nervous because they’re about to give their lives and detain them before they can act.

They don’t train US cops because they want good relations between cops and zionists but because zionists genuinely have developed the most advanced counter-insurgency, pro-occupation tactics in the world, history of the world in terms of settler colonialism anyways. And they want US cops to have those skills to use on domestic populations and against domestic uprisings.

So no I don’t think they could pull this off without the zionists wanting it to happen to use as a pretext. The zionists didn’t know what the exact plot was but their analysis was good enough to know something was up and it pointed to trouble and they looked the other way because they wanted something to happen when their past behavior was start bombing and stop the targets and kill a bunch of civilians for fun.

And it makes sense. The zionist settlers demand a historically high level of safety. In the past settlers were promised vast tracks of land in the US, Australia, etc in exchange for moving there and some of them dying to the native peoples resisting them. In a small country like Palestine you can’t do that as easily and the land isn’t all suitable to farming, much of it isn’t in fact. So they’re not willing to take as great of risks so there needs to be better security mechanisms so the costs are seen as lower and more agreeable and the security state is more all-encompassing and practiced and refined, honed with the best modern technology.

Of course nothing will come of this revelation anymore than the whole Bush looked the other way for 9/11 thing because it doesn’t really change anything. Anyone who supported them will at most become a Bibi hater and conspiracy theorist while continuing to support the occupation. Anyone who saw them as the genocidal monsters they were before this won’t be swayed to hate them more or less by this. Their colonists have had plenty of time to be upset about the Hannibal doctrine thing and frankly I think it’s less important to them staying or going than the ability of Iran or Yemen to make them feel actively unsafe with continued successful missile strikes that penetrate their defenses day after day which is what if anything will actually cause them to pack their bags and flee back to Europe and the US. It becomes an interesting fact to be certain and adds to the cynical criminal nature of the regime to do something like this but isn’t beyond the character we suspect anyways.
