What’s the best way to go about getting a good deal on an apartment?
Also, how do you find a roommate that’s not an ass?
I lived in Philly in 2015 near Temple. Roommates were found on facebook and mostly on drugs, never cleaned up, and didn’t pay the utilities. I’m trying to avoid that!

I lived there for a year a long time ago (so probably not relevant) and what I did is post a listing for roommates at a lesbo bar and had some of the most awesome roommates ever.
Well I’m not sure as a straight white guy that I would have the same level of success lol but that sounds like a great situation
Maybe could do it at a gay bar 🤔 gays are always looking for a cishet housepet
Craigslist naturally, worked for me, I tried roomi and spareroom though nothing came of them. Maybe if you’re in an org you can ask local members?
