Yeah, basically.
to me for believing it would be, idk, something more than extremely generic but competently executed Marvel slop. Guess I was optimistic after Superman was surprisingly okayit was soooooooooooooo bad me and my husband almost walked out of the theater!! how are the reviews so good??? and i personally really enjoyed the superman movie, it was as good as Capeshit gets imo so the whiplash between the two extremes was something else.
I think most of the really positive reviews are just tired MCU fans glad it isnt really bad like in phase 5
