Would anyone might send me a justeat gift card? I’m feeling much worse than usual because my thyroxine dose was lowered by the endocrinologist and it’s making me extremely tired and brain foggy. I keep falling asleep in the afternoon and I’m struggling to concentrate. I’ve just started raising the dose again because I can’t stand the exhaustion but it takes *at least *a week of the higher dose to notice any difference, and longer to get back to my usual baseline.
