    What difficult conversations? Huh? Which ones?

    The “we’re not sexist, we promise” one?

    Or the “it’s not our fault new employees are paid more than long time staff,” one?

    Or the “you’re valuable to us, but we just can’t afford the CEO and your pay rise ” one?
