Both “The Devil Princess” and “The Bladesmith’s Enchanted Weapons” sound like something for me.
I just finished reading Volume 1 of The Bladesmith’s Enchanted Weapons, and although in my opinion, it has some plot and character backstory problems, the general writing and storytelling was a lot better than many of the other things I’ve been reading recently (like Isekai Walking). I really liked it.
I’m surprised because I’m usually pretty sensitive to plot problems, but I think the story stays interesting and if you don’t focus too much on backstory, the characters and their individual personalities and motivations feel realistic. The plot problems (mostly that what happens with money makes no sense) are fairly minor.
That sounds good. I have it on my Plan to Read list since some other titles have come up.
