been a while since I last got a precon, and I wanted to get the EoE ones, but they’ve been sold out on Amazon for the past four days, except for today that they popped back up, but at 1.8x MSRP, which I’m not keen on paying.

What’s the word around? I don’t have a local store, and I’m not really in any communities besides this one, are they really sought after, and that’s why Amazon got no more? If I’m not mistaken this isn’t a HUGE set and thus they should be widely available/reprinted, yet I can’t find them for MSRP

should I just wait more, and they’ll likely be back in stock for the actual price? thanks!

They will become available for closer to or exactly MSRP after official launch. They’ll print Edge of Eternities for a while. Collectors product generally gets 1 print run to induce low supply, but normal packs and decks get printed for a long while.

I just happened to see this post, and for what it’s worth eBay seems to have some listings now that aren’t outrageous if you are looking for the Commander decks.

A friend of mine got me one of the decks at a pre-release event this weekend for $60, but on eBay I’m seeing around $60-70 for them, so not too bad a markup.
